Our Directors

John Slevin

As one of the principal founders of IFT, John is responsible for the leadership and vision of the company. His focus is on the strategic development of IFT to the benefit of our clients. His aim is to provide the full spectrum of services and supports that will enable our clients to flourish and achieve their full commercial potential.

John has accumulated a vast spectrum of experience since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and on completion of his MBA he made the decision to leave industry and establish IFT. Bringing this commercial experience in financial management and financial performance into the organization.

Outside of work, John likes watching sport, talking about sport, and wishing he still played. He enjoys playing golf, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Sinead Leech

Sinead is a founder director of IFT, responsible for key client relationships and business development.

Her core skills are strategic and operational financial management, including business planning, financial control and board / management reporting. Her focus is on business-critical information designed to help clients grow and develop their business.

Sinead qualified as a chartered accountant and held a number of CFO / finance director roles before establishing IFT. Sinead was appointed to the board of Coillte in 2002 and served as a member of the audit committee. She was appointed to the Commission on Taxation in 2008 and in addition to participating in the plenary sessions, chaired the subgroup on the system of taxation as a support to economic activities.

When not working Sinead supports a number of charities pro bono and spends time with family and friends. Her hobbies and interests include travel, golf, bridge, dogs and genetic genealogy.
